Do I own the website you build for me?
Yes. The content, copy, photos, and your domain are yours. HelpWin licenses the underlying booking platform and design templates as part of your subscription. If you ever leave, you can export your customer data and take your domain with you.
What happens to my bookings if HelpWin goes down?
Your site is hosted on Cloudflare's global network, so true downtime is rare. Bookings are stored in Supabase with daily backups. If anything ever fails, the Clearwater diagnostic system catches it before customers do, and your existing bookings stay safe in the database.
Can I export my customer data?
Yes, anytime. Customer data export is built into the dashboard. You get a CSV with bookings, customer details, and service history. Your data is yours, full stop.
How do you handle TCPA consent for SMS?
Every customer who books gives explicit consent to receive booking-related texts. We log timestamp, IP, the exact disclosure they saw, and the form version. Opt-outs (text STOP) propagate immediately. Consent is scoped per-business, not platform-wide. We're A2P 10DLC registered for outbound SMS through carrier gateways.
What's included in the base subscription vs add-on?
Base includes: website hosting, SEO, Google Business Profile integration, on-site photography, Adaptive Scheduling booking widget, two-way SMS reminders, customer dashboard, and ongoing site updates. Adaptive Scheduling itself is bundled.
The only paid add-on is the one-time $150 setup fee (refundable as referral credit) and prorated travel for on-site photography outside Toledo.
How is HelpWin different from Tekmetric or ShopMonkey?
Tekmetric and ShopMonkey are shop management software. They're built for power users who want to configure everything themselves and pay $200 to $500+/month per shop. HelpWin builds and runs the whole web side for you (website, SEO, Google profile, booking widget, SMS reminders) at a flat $15,080/yr.

Two options. Either we replace it with a HelpWin site (most common; we transfer your content over), or we embed just the booking widget on your existing site. Either way you get Adaptive Scheduling and the daily lead digest.
