Blackouts

Per sched-multi-spec.md §10. Shop / bay / tech closures the scheduler avoids.
Preview feature. Closures are staged for this shop but sched_multi_bay_enabled is off, so the availability engine does not yet enforce them. You can pre-model closures now; ask your HelpWin rep to enable scheduling resources to activate enforcement.

Federal holidays (fixed date)

One tap adds a recurring annual closure on the same calendar date every year.

Federal holidays (floating date)

These land on a different calendar date each year (e.g. Thanksgiving is the 4th Thursday of November). One tap auto-computes and adds the next 3 years as one-off closures.
