What this is. The canonical adapter catalog (helpwin_vendor_categories + helpwin_vendor_classes). HelpWin builds the adapter; the shop brings the credentials. This page is read-only in Phase 0: capability matrices are pinned per class during each consumer-spec build (INV-PARTS, EMP-PAYROLL-EXPORT, REPAIR-INFO-V0). Per-shop connections live on Connections.
