External vendor accounts. If either founder is unavailable, the other recovers access through this routing info plus the offline secret store.
Why this exists. Passwords are NOT stored in HelpWin's systems — they live in the offline secret store (1Password / hardware vault). This page records who owns each vendor account, what email is registered, and where to log in. Combined with the offline store, either founder can recover access alone. Closes risk-register entry R-001 (founder dependency).
Account recovery procedure
1. Identify the owning founder + login email above. 2. Open the recovery URL on the vendor card. 3. Trigger password reset to the registered email. 4. The non-owning founder must have access to that email account ([email protected] is multi-device on Vincent's setup; [email protected] is hosted on Resend / forwards). 5. Once new password is set, save to the offline secret store.
Add or remove a vendor
Edit helpwin_vendor_dependencies in Supabase Studio (admin-only RLS). Future enhancement: inline add/edit form on this page.
