HelpWin provides professional website design and development services for local businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:
All services are performed by HelpWin from Toledo, Ohio. The scope of each project is determined on a per-client basis and will be communicated before work begins.
Payment is due upon delivery and client approval of the completed website or service. Pricing varies by project scope and complexity and will be agreed upon before work begins. We accept standard payment methods as communicated during the project.
For recurring services (such as monthly management or SEO), billing occurs on a monthly cycle. Clients may cancel recurring services at any time with 30 days written notice.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all rights to the custom website content, design, and code produced specifically for their project. This includes HTML, CSS, images, and copy created by HelpWin for the client's site.
HelpWin retains the right to use general techniques, frameworks, and non-proprietary code across projects. We also reserve the right to display the completed project in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
HelpWin builds websites designed to be deployed on Cloudflare Pages. The client is responsible for maintaining their own Cloudflare hosting account, domain registration, and any associated costs. HelpWin is not a hosting provider and does not guarantee uptime, availability, or performance of third-party hosting services.
If the client opts into our Monthly Management service, we will assist with hosting configuration and ongoing maintenance, but the hosting account remains the client's responsibility.

HelpWin provides services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelpWin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
HelpWin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage clients to review this page periodically.
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. If the client terminates a project after work has begun, payment is due for all work completed up to the date of termination. HelpWin reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to provide necessary materials or payment in a timely manner.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lucas County, Ohio.
